Isishumane or sishimane is a South African term used to refer to a single person who is not single by choice. It is mostly used in a mocking manner.

Jola

This depends on the context. Jola can be someone's clan name if you are Xhosa. 

It can also mean dating, see ukujola or mjolo.

Tyotyombe

A Xhosa term for mkhukhu, a house built from zink (metallic roof material).
Basically a shack.
