Inkqayi is a Xhosa term for chiskop. Like when you cut all of your hair (bald).
A lot of people misspell it as nqayi.

Soze ndiphinde ndichebe inkqayi.

Jola

This depends on the context. Jola can be someone's clan name if you are Xhosa. 

It can also mean dating, see ukujola or mjolo.
